Last weekend a history maker at Horice, becoming the first British rider to clinch an IRRC (International Road Racing Championship) series title, Tunbridge Wells Danny Webb firmly established himself amongst the premier echelon of UK real roads royalty.

Reflecting on his momentous 2018 IRRC campaign with Wepol Racing by Penz, which has yielded six race wins and four second place finishes, Danny said:

“Yeah it’s good to be the first British rider to do it, it’s been a good season, we’ve won every race, we’ve scored maximum points, we had a couple of wild cards beat us but you know in some of the races I felt I could have beat them but I had to kind of think about the championship.
