Tom Sykes heads down into MG during Superbike Testing, Phillip Island 2019

Australia’s Phillip Island has been confirmed as the venue for the final round of this year’s WorldSBK series.

The 2022 WSBK season will conclude on November 20th, with the Phillip Island and Indonesian Rounds being held back to back, the only double header events of the year.

It will be the first time since 2010 that the WorldSBK season has finished with back-to-back rounds, and the 11th time in the Championship’s history.

The iconic circuit has featured on the WorldSBK calendar every year since 1990, aside from 1993 and last year due to the pandemic and has hosted the highest number of WorldSBK races with 61.
