Alex Marquez suffered multiple fractures in a horror crash during 2026 Catalunya Grand Prix. The Gresini star ran into the rear of Pedro Acosta after the KTM rider suffered an electrical failure which resulted him losing speed. Marquez suffered multiple fractures to his vertebrae and collar bone in the crash requiring surgical intervention to repair the fractures.
